Horrible, total chaos, no organization

We were on this cruise also and had a great time! No major issues, food was good & staff courteous. We did self disembarkation & it was the fastest & most efficient of any cruise we’ve been on. We were off the ship in 20 minutes!

We were on the same cruise....everything was perfect....disembarkation was a little hectic....Gasparilla festival was going on with 450,000 extra people in Tampa

Great trip

Probably will not go on another NCL cruise again. Poor service, food at the buffet every morning was the same after 11. days it gets boring
