Wonderful time on a nice ship. Rachel in the Mojito bar is a Jem herself!

Bring your own distilled water. Buy a case of water asap or drink fountain water. Check for complimentary restaurants for "different" and really good food. Staff is very friendly. Get receipt or reservation confirmations from guest service or it may not happen! Check reviews for excursions. AND "Bartering" on THEIR islands doesn't exist.

I was really surprised by the ship and crew for their service to everyone onboard. I was a very fun and great time that I had spent on the Jade. The Armed Service tribute was something that I did not expect and greatly appreciated and I am glad my Brother did not tell me about until we were on the ship and I saw the package in our cabin. I would encourage more people to go on NCL as they have exceeded my expectations greatly. I am looking forward to going on another cruise with NCL in the future. Our cabin was nice, the food in the specialty dining was incredible. The buffet was always good and hot. The Pub was hit and miss, but the breakfast was always delicious. The drinks always were satisfying and delicious. Loved playing in the casino and did not do too bad in there. Overall I would still give it a 5 star as everything was really outstanding.

I love the Haven. Love being spoiled. This ship didn’t come close to having a REAL Haven. I was shocked to see the sun deck empty. But why sit there when you couldn’t eat or drink on the Haven sun deck. No waitstaff at all on the sun deck. Money not well spent for a Haven room.

All in all this was a very nice, relaxing cruise.

This was a fun getaway. Due to Covid and my open heart surgery last year, my girlfriend and I haven't been able to book a vacation of this length since we retired. It was a perfect demographic for us, mid-60's-ish, due to the ship's size, lack of bells and whistles like race cars and water slides, the length of the trip and the numerous ports. We would easily do this again.

First time on the Norwegian Jade, which is one of it's older and smaller ships. I enjoyed the ship and the itinerary. The crew were fantastic and the cruise was very relaxing and enjoyable. I met some wonderful people both passenger and crew members,

Had a wonderful time. Very relaxing & met lots of nice people. The only negative is the chair hogs near the pool, if you’re not staying please remove your items!!!

Overall enjoyable. A more relaxing cruise than the bigger ships with Carnival.

Managed expectations went a long way to having a great cruise. I met wonderful people onboard and enjoyed delicious meals even if mass prep was evident. I didn't bother with internet this time, I just downloaded enough to my Kindle to get through 5 days on reading and movies. I didn't get the drink package but spent about the same as what the drink package gratuity would have run me with the flexibility of ordering what I wanted since the cheapest package wouldn't have included Starbucks or water so it worked out for me especially since I'm not a heavy drinker and NCL's propensity to shortcut cocktails by premixing ingredients leaves little room for drink customization with them employeeing drink servers over actual bartenders that have the flexibility to curate specialty cocktails.

OkayDo not cruise on this ship. Food was cold. Same good for 14 days. Employees not friendly and some down right rude. Spa prices were out of control. 600 dollars for a couples massage. Drinks awful. Very watered down. Entertainment lame. Nickel and dime you to dead. Internet sucked

This whole cruise was the best I've been in, even if it is my first time. I love the buffet, arcade, restaurants, Stardust Theater, the cabin, etc. Although the pool is salty and deep, it's fun though. I want to come back to this ship soon. The beach at Harvest Caye, and Roatan are fun! It's a bummer that the whole week has to end so fast. But at least I had fun. Do I recommend it? YES! So if you want to go, then do it. Trust me, it's good and you'll love it.

Great itinerary- NCL Jade ship on 10/05/23 to Greek isles - luggage was dropped by ncl in the ocean and retrieved. Another guest in party had the same experience. After days of requesting funds to buy makeup/toiletries; I was give 400. On board credit and told to file a claim for all my damages. After remittance on my receipts for $736. I was told no other payment would be allowed because they are offering a 10% future cruise credit. I am very disappointed, that was not fully reimbursed. I had to purchase a new suitcase $299. as it smelled after they cleaned it onboard and 3 fine watches required batteries ($60. Each). I cruise frequently and I have not experienced this type service. We booked a suite and they readily admitted to the damage and dry cleaned my clothes but my personal items being restored shouldn’t be subject to a future credit. I will be contacting their corporate office. Claim #467214. And they should tell people not to file a claim (lots of work) if they don’t intend to provide reimbursement. The weather was very hot and humid, dripping wet with sweat everyday but we still had an amazing time. Our cruise was very comfortable and relaxing after long hot days in port.

The ship lacks the "wow" factor. I found it kind of boring too. Good thing that we only had one day at sea. I like that it didn't feel crowded. Also, there is no need for shows reservations like other ships. Overall, the ship is ok to take from point A to point B.

This was an amazing trip/experience that I’m looking forward to repeating with my family soon.

We loved everything about it. It was perfect except missing athens and being tired the first day. There’s nothing anyone could have done differently except for us planning on flying in 2 days early. This was our first international trip.

Besides a couple of disappointments at the restaurants, the cruise was very relaxing and enjoyable. The employees on board were always friendly and had smiles on their faces no matter what kind of day they were having. It is because of them that our stay on board is memorable.

Overall, the cruise is fabulous! It was the NCL personnel and their inability to keep their word. Integrity is everything, especially when customers are spending literally thousands of dollars on dream vacations! There is no excuse for bait and switch - EVER! Then when we went to Guest Services, we get stares back looking at us like "deer in headlights". After waiting 40 minutes or so in LONG lines in front of the Guest Services desk - obviously we were not the only guests confused about our on board charges. My credit card was being charged on a DAILY basis for the first two days of our cruise until I complained again. My husband and I wasted over a half day waiting in lines to straighten things out! NCL needs to stop making these 'freebie' promises they do not intend to keep!
