Great cruise, great food, great service with average entertainment

The best tour!!!!! With beautiful cities like Abu Dhaby sand dunes and belly dancer shows, camels to ride, nice Singapore....Maldives resorts, etc

Had the best time ever. All the crew are Amazing. Met great people ! Really enjoyed the cruise !

Had a good time , room was nice. Food too much of the same thing. Need to offer a pop at meals

Sorry I don’t remember his last name .....he was the concierge to the suites..Bruno.....he was excellent in everything we ask him for.......he was unbelievable........

It was a great trip until the last port was missed due to engine issues. The Jade is an older ship but very well maintained and the staff was excellent and so was the food. There was always room in the pools and hot tubs so we used them a lot when on the ship at see. The 24hr O'Sheehan's Irish Pub restaurant had and excellent menu of food cooked to order as well which was much appreciated. The Itinerary was great and the getting off and on at the ports was run very well. The ship never seemed crowded even though the cruise was full. We would recomend this cruise as it was an excellent value.

We had a great time on the Norwegian Jade and would definitely cruise with NCL again, given the right itinerary that would be appealing to us. And we greatly appreciate all the hard work from all staff members.. I can only imagine how much effort it takes to keep the ship in top shape for us!

I thought we had a fabulous trip. This trip was chosen due to its itinerary. The shore excursions we chose were all extraordinary. While the ship was fine, I am more of a Bells and whistles type of cruiser. I like all the glitz and glamour of a cruise ship which The Jade is not. With that said, The Jade's service, food and entertainment were outstanding. Would I come on board The Jade again , probably not, only because I like more #WOW.

Overall, a great itinerary for visiting a bunch of Greek islands and Italy. Everyday was a port and every night back onboard for dinner. This kept us moving and visiting major historic sites. The NCL Jade crew did a great job of welcoming us. The food was average, nothing to die for. Would have been nice to have some Italian coffee on the ship such as Lavazza or another local Roman roast company. After all, wasn't this an Italian/Greek cruise? The included dinner venues seemed to have the same menu every night with minor differences which I did not care for. Maybe NCL should hire better executive chefs? Stay away from the horrible Jasmine restaurant as the food there was absolutely sickening. Do make reservations for the Teppanyaki and Maudero venues. Beware, the deck chairs were being reserved early by guest and the ship did not enforce the no reservation policies leaving you with no place to sit and enjoy the sun and pool.

I love Norwegian Cruise ships and can't wait to return on another cruise next summer.

Although our cabin was not acceptable and we did eventually get moved, the problems on the Jade were numerous. Guest Services didn’t address things as they should and calls that should have been returned never were. This trip required me, the customer, to do more work to make things better for our trip. With that being said, we did have exceptional service from our stewards, waiters, waitresses, bartenders and others. We recognized 3-4 of these people before leaving the ship. Our excursions were fabulous, well executed and communication before, during and at the end point we spot on!

A once in a lifetime experience. I can say I did that. Another adventure checked off my bucket list.

Our first time on NCL but not our last. We excitedly put down deposits for a future trip!

Awesome cruise, excellent service. My one concern was the service charge fee - while I certainly want to provide gratuities for services rendered I felt forced to provide a 20% gratuities - not all my services “earned” 20%. Was disappointed to find out there was additional gratuities for all services once onboard.

My very first cruise and it was perfect. I could not have experienced a better vacation. Thabk you Norwegian

WiFi runs very bad. Cut off last day despite having paid. WiFi manager not very ready to help except after insisting. Excursions are much too expensive compared to private vans with better individual service

Nice cruise with excellent show entertainment at night, music, dancing music, karaoke. Very hot weather during the day, breezy and warm at sunset.

We had a good trip though so ship improvements would be nice. Oh, the boutique onboard had a lot of space but hardly any/ no clothing. Photographers are only interested in you posing their way ( if you dont you only get one photo!) The wifi packages are too expensive & service is shaky at best. Though we had only one Sea Day ( which I like) there should be More to do! And Please STOP THE COUNTRY MUSIC! I guess the Complexion was the Reflection of Music choice! And Dont look for Towel animals..too expensive! I also wish they had self serve laundry. This was a long cruise & I like washing my own clothes
