Review summary

This was a good cruise overall. Could do without so much drinking for people to get their money's worth with all you can drink included. They need to improve their food taste especially where they purchase their beef from. Many large groups had loud people but the entertainment was excellent. Getting cards the day before was a joke as they didn't want to know if you had excursions from travel agents. Staff was incompetent in this respect.

Beef of low quality tasteless while other choices better. Premium restaurants not worth the charge. Drinking alcohol is highly promoted probably for profit of the cruise line. Buffet food was overcooked and dried out so we avoided this eating area.

We had our only Norwegian excursion here and it was a ripoff. It was suppose to be sail around Bodrum and all we did was anchor in three or four areas off coast for 50 min each with a tour guide that spent more time telling us about her credential than the town and area.

We booked a cooking class through the travel agency and it was excellent. Could not have been better. Highly recommend this as you get picked up in the port and driven through the hills to the women's house. She was very organized and highly experienced.

Good Port but had to wait one hour for a tender to the island. This being our first cruise we found it unacceptable.

Interesting island for shopping but did not find it exceptional. We booked a Cretan food tour with Norwegian here but they cancelled on embarkation without explanation and refunded the fees.

We booked a tour of island through this travel agency and it was exceptional. The tour guide picked us up at the cable car early and gave us the perfect tour of the island in four to four and one half hours. She was the best tour guide we had anywhere.

Having breakfast at the buffet was a zoo while a wait to get off ship and find luggage.
