Review summary

The food was horrible, majority of the selections on buffet were the same every night and COLD. In other restaurants, food was also cold! Bartenders were slow and would ignore you. One in Casino was especially RUDE! Had problems with trying to get to my excursion on time... after 3 different attempts with 3 different staff members I finally got someone to help with catching an early tender to shore. Room and cleaning staff were good.

Need something in the closet to secure hangers down in rough seas. A couple of nights they clanged all night.

lay out confusing... have to be on the correct elevator to access some areas easily... gets confusing, especially for elderly. Layout on the Epic much better.
