We loved the cruise and appreciated that picked up the tab for the prepaid gratuities. However, we were disappointed that we received no on-board ship credit from . Yes, I am aware that I completed the paperwork belatedly. Nonetheless, if you want my ongoing business and referrals to others, I did send you my brother and sister-in-law who booked the same cruise thru you. it would seem like you might have made an exception. Just sayin'...

We were glad we had excursions planned for Roatan and Belize because the pool and beaches were jam packed with people from the ship. The service was OK but not great. Not as good as last cruise.

We were disappointed in the Getaway, we very much prefer the Royal Caribbean large ships.

This was our first cruise and the Getaway did not disappoint!

There were 2 days at sea and some bad weather that prevented passengers from using the outdoor amenities. Because of this, I am glad that I bought the spa access pass. It was worth the cost. We went for several hours each day.

We had bad weather which made everything difficult. The staff was terrific.

In our opinion, the cruise lines are undercutting their own value proposition by the way that they upcharge you for everything. As we started to calculate the numbers, cruising isn't the great value that it used to be. They really have taken the discount airline mentality and put profit ahead of everything, including guest comfort. Although we've been cruisers for many years, we're considering giving up cruising altogether.

We got the specialty dining plan through . La Bistro was quite good, Cagney's was excellent, when we went to Ocean Blue, we were told there was an additional $16/person service charge even with the dining plan. We went to one of the included restaurants instead. Overall, we didn't think there were adequate facilities for the number of passengers. "Express Disembarkation" involved standing in a line to get off for close to 2 hours.

Overall, a good value. I would sail with Norwegian again.

We have done numerous cruises with Norwegian. I was not a fan of the drink packages. There were way too many drunk people on the ship. You could not get any where near the pools because of all the drunk people carrying on. The bars were always 4 people deep with people waiting to get drinks. I think I will pass on these cruises next time. I was very disappointed this time around.

Upon arrival we checked into our cabin and noted there was no remote for the television. After a day i received nothing. The following day I noted it again upon which I received two remotes. Trying to use the remote the television would only turn on but had no other functions so it was still useless. I noted this problem. The following day i mentioned it again that this was not working only to be told that someone had looked at it. Again, I called to note the problem they finally sent an electrician to remove the television and reboot the system. At which time it finally worked after more than half of our cruise had expired. Not sure if this is an attempt to keep guests out of their rooms and spending money elsewhere on the boat. If so, it certainly worked as I felt I spent much more than I had anticipated. To make maters worse we were bitten during our sleep, by what we feel were bed bugs, It was reported. They told us they removed all linens to include the skirt and replaced them. The also said they performed a test and it came back negative. However, I know if it tested positive they are instructed to tell us it was negative to avoid any type of chaos on the boat with other passengers becoming aware and creating panic, which I understand would be devastating. I can tell you with certainty that we were, definitely, bitten by bed bugs during our stay with Norwegian. :( Our overall experience was disappointing, certainly did not meet even a modest expectation. The room was routinely serviced by a housekeeper, however the lack of expediency on providing working electronics and the company of bed bugs I feel I would have been better served at a Super 8 motel.

The entire trip was wonderful. Great weather every single day. The service was spectacular and the fine dining delectable but the buffet cd be worked on. I don't feel Roatan should even be on itinerary.

Staff can be no as friendly as Royal Caribbean ones, probably a result of the mix of free dinning style (different staff every time) and the open bar (bartenders have no incentives because gratitude are pre-paid). Long lines on the bars too due to the open bar package. A lot of stuff is extra fee, including the bests restaurants. Lack of information about disembark schedule and breakfast last day. Food is ok, but I have better on smaller ships with Royal Caribbean. Lack of open spaces on the ship, it's a big metal tube with a lot of activities happening indoor. Pool is tiny and there are only two understaffed bars around the pool area, with a bunch of guests around.

Norwegian Western Caribbean is a great cruise. Lots of sun and a lot to do. Would definitely do it again.

We can't wait for our next cruise with NCL! This was our first one and we couldn't have enjoyed it more!

It was just the perfect getaway to melt away the snow we still had in our minds and in our yard as well as a year's worht of stress at my wife's medical pratice.

Always love cruises. This was our second Norwegian cruise and loved it! We will no doubt be booking again. Our room was amazing and the haven is worth every penny.

It was my first cruise with this company. I did enjoy it. Staff was awesome.
