The food was SO amazingly good! We loved the cafeteria and the location of it! Besides that, Tropicana Room became our second favorite food place!.. they just had a huge variety of places to choose from. We had 3 specialty places to go and two of them were beyond our expectations. We had an issue with one of them, La Cucina, we don't recommend anyone to go to.

La Cucina Italian Restaurant

We are beyond dissatisfied with everything about this restaurant. We we're placed outside, which we asked for, then we we're forgot about. It took over 20 minutes to get water, then finally ordered two lemonades, took over 20 minutes to get that. When we FINALLY got to order our food, it was raw, uncooked food. We got up, had to go fond our waitress to get the check, and left. She never even checked on us the whole time after the meal.

By FAR the classiest wait staff on the boat. We enjoyed this place so much, we wen't back again because we had so much on board credit. LOVED it! I highly reccomend the Dover Sole and the Filet

We can't say enough about the entertainment on the ship. Dualing Pianos was so fun! And after 11pm, it got hilarious!

Fabiola with the Native Tours Office was so amazing! We did the Chaccoban Ruins and beach lunch. So Good and the drinks were fresh and well made. She was a wonderful tour guide and we learned a ton while we visited.

Loved the ATV adventure to Jade Caverns! A little rough, so do not reccomend for people with any major back issues.
