love love love the haven and the staff ...there was a lot to do and see on this 7 day cruise

The cruise was over all good. Not the best cruise I have been on. The haven was a lot smaller. The allowed young children to sit at the bar. The food was amazing. We ate at the Italian restaurant twice. First time the service was great. The second time it was horrible experience. The waiter seem annoyed. The tables were filled with dishes and never cleaned off. And he made us feel unwanted and you could clearly see he wasn’t happy with his job. Margarita villa food was just ok and the Irish pub food was poor. Was a lot of fun but the ship seemed small and very busy so there was something with the layout. Last year we were on the Escape. It seemed to flow a lot better. I wouldn’t sail this ship again.

norwegian charges for the steam room which should be included with the fitness, WIFI is expensive - All in all I felt nickeled and died for things more so than on other cruise lines

Beaches were disappointing. Party bus was a lot of fun. Dinning staff was very accommodating, and friendly. Awesome mohito bar

The ship was in excellent condition. The exterior seating/restaurant/bar arrangement was a pleasant innovation. Overall, we had a good time travelling with other good friends. The drink package was appealing, and we took advantage of it. Windowed cabin was clean and small but adequate: underbed suitcase storage was an excellent innovation. Restaurant service was a big disappointment - at all restaurants, and at all meals: always long wait for ordering and meal delivery. Even ordering hot tea was an ordeal: we asked for "tea for two", they delivered tea for one; we asked for milk for the tea, we had to ask four times and then the tea was consumed or cold; dishes were not cleared when empty; etc., etc..

Our family enjoys cruising, it's the best way for all 3 generations to spend quality time together with plenty of age appropriate entertainment to do on our own. This is our second sailing on NCL and while I enjoy the amenities and openness of a bigger ship, I miss the personal service and intimacy of a smaller ship. NCL did a great job designing the ship's restaurants and amenities so you never feel crowded even though you are on a ship with 3900 other passengers. All in all a relaxing trip.

I loved the food, the stay, dining , activities etc. I just loved everything about it! Y’all will see me soon.

3rd time on the Getaway and the best trip! Crew, food, entertainment were all fantastic! We purchased Vibe passes and best money I ever spent!

I sent the request for an embarkation wheelchair/assistance over to access desk. Yet no one was available. I had several rude staff members. 2 rude staff members at the buffet serving ice cream of all things. The guest services desk mixed up my brothers birthday celebration. Not only did they mix it up, they CHARGED HIM, instead of my sister. It took 6 days (until the last night of my cruise) for them to change the name on my room phone from C. McKenzie to B. Jackson. That is absolutely unacceptable. The only highlight of my cruise was Colin and his service at Taste. Give that man a promotion and a raise! Oh btw, I got sick on the cruise from all the cigarette smoke. good grief. casino's SHOULD NOT BE in the middle of a ship. And more than that they put the smoking area by the pool next to the kids pool. That makes no sense.

The food was great lots of choices , restaurants Cagney , awesome food and service Very clean Great ship lots to do , service was great , entertainment was amazing

Had a wonderful time. This was the most relaxing cruise yet. Took advantage of the Spa Package for daily pampering in the sauna, hot tub and Salt Room. Food was excellent, not only in the restaurants but in the buffet. Staff was friendly and helpful and the entertainment left you thoroughly amused.

Disembarking was a mess long lines people shoving

Had a great time but I would avoid the art gallery. Staff was very pushy and deceptive.

Great cruise. Loved the ship and the boat. I would do this cruise over again in a heart beat.

Would definitely sail on the Getaway again. It was a large ship, but it never felt like there was 4,000 people on it. My only disappointment was Cagney's, a specialty dining option, as the steaks prepared weren't as good as the steaks offered at the buffet, or the main dining options.

Second time on the ship and it did not disappoint. Norwegians entertainment exceeds all other cruise lines. The Million Dollar Quartet was outstanding. The food at Ocean Blue and Cagneys was fantastic. Great drink selection all over the ship.

Great cruise with quite a bit too do. Gets boring after you've been on the ship for some time, but still have a lot of options. The shows were honestly the best! St. Thomas was probably the best stop with a lot to do in the area. Would cruise with Norwegian again!!

Impeccable service, amazing cruise line, would only sail on Norwegian. Great food, best experience ever.

We do a lot a cruises every year and found fewer activities on this ship, only a few of the bar staff were friendly and the additional water charge became an issue for me beginning on the first day.
