This was out first big ship cruise, having only done a river cruise in the past. The river cruise was awesome, but this cruise was, too. I did not expect my husband to care for the experience and he loved it! We took over 2,000 pictures during the cruise, cannot wait for the prints to arrive next week.

Love trivia but their schedule times on this ship were very inconvenient.

Having difficulty with 200 onboard credit that was in our package. We will see how that works out.

We purchased the Vibe to make sure we didn't have to fight for a lounge chair everyday. The Vibe is a private area where only a select number of people are allowed access for lounge chairs and the bartenders know you by name. It was nice, but after paying nearly an additional $500 for this they should have a separate pool for Vibe members. Also, they don't provide food. You can pay additional for food which is kinda crazy since we already paid close to $500 to be up there or you can walk down to the buffet and bring it back up for free. Drinks were great and bar staff very friendly. It didn't make sense you weren't allowed to sit at the bar, but in other places you were. They also had cabanas at the Vibe which seemed to be a waste cause I never saw anyone go in one probably because it was another additional fee. Overall the Vibe is a good thing if you want a little privacy and a little quieter, but it would be way better with it's own pool and it's own food service The ship was only at about 60% because of Covid so with less people that made it nice. The Buffet was staffed with lots of people to serve you which was different, but worked out okay. One complaint was you had to book excursions on the ship and weren't allowed to go off on your own which to me just seemed like an additional money maker for the cruise line. They charged more than booking on your own even with the excursion "discounts" they gave. You had to be with a guide off the ship supposedly for Covid although I don't see how they would make a difference. All in all I will definitely be cruising again before too long. It was a great time so get out there and do it!!!

Overall we absolutely loved cruising with Norwegian Cruise Line and we will absolutely be doing it again. We could not have asked for better especially for first time. Reasonable price good destinations great service huge thumbs up from both of us

We very much enjoyed the mix of relaxation and fun. My only suggestion would be to spend maybe two days in each port with one sea day in between. I guess we need a longer cruise though.

We never felt welcome onboard by most of the staff. There seems to be a morale issue within the staff. Most did not smile. Terrible embarkation. We will NOT be returning to the NCL Getaway. Ports were not interesting.

Overall it was a good cruise, first time on this ship, NCL has been our good too for awhile now.

I had visited most of these ports on a Carnival ship before and the Norweigen ship was a definite upgrade. Booking it through American Airlines gave me bonuses (unlimited drinks, 4 hours internet, 3 specialty meals, $50 credit on each tour booked and bonus miles) which were the deciding factors on booking this cruise.

Great cruise! Can’t wait to go again. Beautiful ship. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Would definitely book an NCL Cruise again in the future. TIP the staff! Take care of them and they will take care of you.

Great cruise overall. Very relaxing. Harvest Caye in particular was great.

Like NCL liked this cruise but needs better organization with embarkation and disembarkation especially with delays

We enjoyed our first Norwegian cruise. We especially like being able to dine whenever we wanted and having the choice to dress up, or not dress up.

The food was good. I would've liked to see more complimentary options.

We loved our cruise. Ship and crew were amazing. Seas were smooth so we were lucky. Would go back in a heartbeat!

It was an enjoyable cruise. The ships crew was outstanding and we are going to miss our favorite bartending Michela.

We concluded that we prefer smaller ships like the Norwegian Star. The Getaway was much too crowded for our comfort.

Very nice. Glad to get away from the Iowa cold and snow.

All and all just ok. Numerous issues caused this rating Norwegian is better than this Glad this was nit my first cruise with them
