We never felt welcome onboard by most of the staff. There seems to be a morale issue within the staff. Most did not smile. Terrible embarkation. We will NOT be returning to the NCL Getaway. Ports were not interesting.

Lots to do - I am 64 yr old man and I enjoyed the ropes course. They could add more movies in a theater.

Room steward was excellent. However, most staff looked like they hated their job and could not smile or laugh. Usually, if you asked a question, then staff would smile and answer then go back to deadpan face. Shop staff were very inefficient.
Ship Quality

Casino is in center of ship on level 7 with an open area to level 6 and 8. Casino is a heavy smoking area. Thus smoke clouds are on three levels in the ship center.
Cabin / Stateroom

Clean, well maintained by steward. Balcony is so small, it barely holds two people. Bed was very comfortable.
Ship tip
Take some magnet hooks. Walls and doors are metal. Our wall hooks held anywhere.
