Review summary

We've done many Caribbean cruises and the GetAway is a fine ship, with quality staff and exciting fellow passengers. We'll probably be on it again.

Specialty restaurants are fine - as always - and beef in Tropicana/Savor/Taste was better than usual. Some bug must have been floating around as plates and condiments were being handed out in the buffet

Main shows were excellent although they've been on board for years. Some area singers were fine, but Dueling Pianos were weak.

Room steward was excellent and efficient. Waiters are engaging and knowledgable. Bartenders are quick and more of them would be helpful

Ship tip

Don't bother to join the officers for supper. Sat with them at a table in the Tropicana and couldn't have a conversation with all the noise.
