The boat felt a little understaffed, the issues with the Thermal Suite were disappointing, the dining room waits seemed excessive and the compensation for the missed port, Bermuda, which was the primary reason we booked this cruise and traveled to NY, was almost a joke.
Embarkation

Pretty smooth
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
The food was fine but the seating situation was really poorly managed. 5 min after the dining room opened they were pushing couples to share a table or wait 30 min. The wine list needs a lot of work.., there is only one Moscato and it is by the bottle no by the glass option , and they ran out, the Riesling and rose options are neither one very good and certainly over priced…but those issues seem to be the same on virtually every NCL ship.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
There were very few things offered that were of interest to us. The trivia was OK but you could not find a place to sit or even stand in that area.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
We do enjoy the live music - there were a variety of options to choose from almost every evening. We had seen the two main shows before but enjoyed the other two performances
Children's Programs
No children with us
Service and Staff
3 out of 5
The waiters and bar staff were good the hosts in the 3 main dining rooms were a totally different story. Our room Stewart was efficient and did a pretty good job.
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
There were a number of issues with ladies rooms in the common areas, toilets broken, did not flush, trash on the floor, paper towel dispensers did not work
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
The room was OK.
Ship tip
Think twice before investing in a Thermal Suite pass. It was over sold, people were living in it on sea days…there was so one maintaining the suite, the floors were covered in water, people left cups and plates and dirty towels all over and if you didn’t move then they just sat there. Very disappointing…
