Review summary

The cruise was good. Met many nice people. The staff that service me was great but the food and beverage buyer needs to be replace.

They were out of tea bags….bananas..individual wrapped butter ….oat meal…lamb chops …..cherries or any desserts with cherry……vanilla ice cream …..many dessert in specialty restaurants whipped cream In buffet…..AND JOHN WALKER BLACK SCOTCH….they had it in the store but not in the bar. Few meals were terrible.

Worst beach ever…run down when our paid tour arrived there was no chairs as promised had to pay someone to get an umbrella with chairs….water was very dangerous….I was fearful of going in and not being able to get out…..most women needed 2 to 3 men to get out of the water…toilets were dirty and no toilet paper…bar was extremely run down…

I totally agree I loved Ncl. I have taken many with them. I’m schedule to go 1/2/24 but I really don’t know what to expect. All I see is negative reviews what happned to this top cruise company. To me they are struggling with money and cutting everything and nickle and dime you for even more then usual. I’m trying to speak to guest services about my future cruise only to be on hold 30 mins then hung up on. I hate to say this but Ncl is a dumpster fire
