We were on the 8th floor (can't remember cabin #) but we could hear the music from Syd's Pour House. However, it always quit by 10pm.

If I could give more stars I would. Definitely one of the highlights of the trip. We took a Viator excursion which was quite a bit cheaper than the one offered by NCL. We had an absolutely AMAZING guide! Berlin is NOT to be missed!!
