Review summary

They need to improve the communication to passengers. I’ve been on a lot of cruises so we figured things out, but this boat could do a lot to make the trip more fun. It was freezing cold and the only smoking room was outside. My impression is that the staffs job is to sell you stuff you don’t need. Felt really pressured to spend which wasn’t much fun

Room steward was excellent but the majority of the staff were indifferent or more concerned with talking to each other than answering your questions. This was not a warm and friendly ship

Some went to Berlin and some in our cabin stay close to the boat. We both loved Germany. If your staying close to the dock investigate on your own. Lovely port towns are walkable and lovely

Don’t buy the ship tour. It’s triple the cost. We used Shore Excursions and our guide was excellent. Be prepared for big lines. Food was terrible

Never had anyone pressure or ask me to buy anything I didn’t want to. I’d suggest doing your homework on the ship before you go on it. We’ve never had a issue. I do not smoke but you can also smoke in the humidor. So you would be inside.

Smokers are gross. I’d love it if NO area of the ship allowed smokers!!!

I would do it again!

We were in a Haven suite which was outstanding. The excursions were crowded and the food in the rest of the ship underwhelming to poor.
