Overall, we loved our cruise experience! Staying in the Haven was amazing, I would highly recommend it - private and quiet areas when/if you don't want to be with the "party crowd." One thing we feel would have made the cruise better is history/background on each of the ports.
Embarkation

Finding where exactly to go when we got to the port was a little confusing with all the people, but the process was pretty seamless for us. (Note: we did have priority boarding so my view may be inaccurate for passengers not booking with Haven)

Food and Dining

Food was amazing! Alcohol (beer-wise) could have a bit more variety. Really craved Landshark because I'm not a big Carona fan but it was only in the, of course, not included Margaritaville. Also, prices for drink packages are outrageuous - more than our ticket for the week!! No way we could drink enough alcohol to make the ticket worth the price... in the future maybe offer a package with a certain number of beverages or beverages per day?
Onboard Activities

The room was AMAZING!!! Our room was a bit small but we were the tag along couple, so I didn't expect it to be amazing, BUT we still had our own bathroom! Balcony was very nice, spent quite a bit of time out there. Espresso machine was used every day - loved it! The main bedroom was amazing - ocean view from the bathroom!!!

Excursion was really fun! We took a catamaran to a spot where we snorkeled then went to a private beach. We walked to town which was fun to see. It would have been nice to have more info about all the ports - history, local info, areas to go for shopping, exploring, sightseeing, etc.
Our excursion was a van ride through the island with info on the area. Our driver was hard to hear and the trip wasn't super informative. Also, stops didn't allow time to actually explore the spot. The rum distillery was pretty disgusting, found some much better local rum in liquor shops. One thing we did love about the tour was our stop for some fresh coconuts - saw them cut open the coconut and got to drink the milk and scrape some of the coconut. The port seemed dirty and people were constantly harassing us to buy things - did not feel comfortable. Despite the port being much busier and more populated than others, the water was very clear and beautiful.
