The Norwegian Getaway cruise ship is gorgeous, the haven suite and service was excellent!! will definitely sail with Norwegian again!!
Don't have a problem and have to speak to someone from customer service on the ship.. they need a lesson in Customer service!!!!!

For the most part the staff was excellent but someone who should not be in customer service was working the shore excursion desk and blamed the customer for any problems that arose. Poor customer service!!! It takes one person to ruin your staff!!!!

This cabin was gorgeous, spacious, if you have the means I highly suggest you book the Havens.. well worth every cent!!!

Get the specialty dining package!!! Cagney's steak house and Teppanyaki was EXCELENT!!!
