A Little Disappointed

Ship is very pretty and cabin was very comfortable. Wait staff was sometimes rude and seemed exhausted and tired at the Garden Cafe and O'Shannigans.. Cabin Steward was very helpful and did an excellent job.  Buffet food was not hot, just warm but the food at the Tropicana was awesome and so was the staff at The Taste..  Very crowded ship and lots of loud music and parties.  Not enough seating at planned activities.  Beverage packet is charged to everyone that is under your reservation so if you drink but your partner does not they get charged anyway. That is something that needs to be changed.  You had to pay extra for some of the shows, and the bowling is $5 a game. Ship is not docked long enough in St. Thomas.    I will try another cruise line next time. Since this was my first cruise, I have nothing to compare it with so these are just my thoughts.

Had a good time, just not a great time.

Ship Quality
Ship was beautiful
Food and Dining
At the formal dining room and The Taste and Savor. I did not buy the dining packet for the other dining
Cabin / Stateroom
Very comfortable beds and the pillows are awesome
Service and Staff
Cabin Streward "Richard" was awesome, but some of the Service staff at the buffet was very rude and seemed exhausted .
Activities didn't have enough seating inside the Atrium, Burn the Floor was awesome, Magic show was not as good as expected and you had to pay extra for the show.
Children's Programs N/A
Onboard Activities
Ropes course was fun and the water slides were fun, pool was so crowded that I never made it in.
Destinations and Excursions
Stay onboard at the first port, I didn't feel that safe in the shopping area. Very Expensive and Nassau is less expensive. Shoare excursion at first stop wasn't worth the cost. Need less time at that stop and more time in St. Thomas.
Philipsburg, St. Maarten
I would not go back to this island.
Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas
Not enough time in port. It is a beautiful island and would have loved been there several more hours
Nassau, Bahamas
Wish that there was more time here or maybe a stop at a private island. Shopping at the straw market was fun.

There is an adult area in Aft of the ship that is very hard to find. It has two hot tubs and a misting pool. There is also bar with the outdoor movie screen. ( they do not show movies all the time, most of the time it is just pictures of places around the world) but you can get away from the crowd
