Enjoyed our time on the Gem. Bar Harbor was not as expected and difficult for my husband with a walker. Food, entertain and overall service was very good.

I loved my first cruise and am thankful to cruise.com for finding me such a fantastic last minute deal that made my trip possible. Would definitely cruise again! Thank you!

My wife and I are mid- seventies and needed a complete change of scenery, and the cruise gave it to us 100%. Food and entertainment were top notch, along with the services we received. Would recommend it any day

We have been on several NCL cruises to Bermuda. This time we saw the decline in entertainment. We also couldn’t find anywhere to sit on sea days. We won’t be back on this cruise ever again. Very disappointed.

First and foremost, the staff on the Norwegian Gem, is beyond amazing. So, my review has nothing to do with the employees on this ship. However, I will never book another cruise on the Norwegian Gem. I was actually shocked to see, how much access children have on this boat. I’ve never seen children, ones that were even in carriages, allowed in bars and clubs, at 10:30 at night. At the Spinnaker, on more than one night, adults were trying to enjoy and dance, but, it was impossible since there were kids doing cartwheels in the middle of the dance floor. Not sure why this is allowed? We were all looking forward to GLOW party. It is usually for adults only, yet, there were kids running around, everywhere. We stayed for a half hour and we left. Other cruises I’ve been on, there are designated areas for kids. Obviously, the parents just wanted to have fun and disregard what their kids were doing. At Magnums, there were children, sitting at the bar (on the stools) at 8 o’clock at night. WHY IS THIS ALLOWED?? Also, at Magnums, there were elderly people looking for a seat, for Randon’s performances. There were kids on iPads, sitting in various parts of the lounge area, with NO parent supervision. Why?? Why can parents just leave their kids in a BAR?!?! As for the outdoors, we couldn’t even get into one of the four jacuzzis, because they were filled to the brim with kids and teenagers, for the entire trip. I will also say, that a lot of fellow cruisers, on this trip….said that they will never cruise on this boat, ever again, because of the above-mentioned issues.

Fun and Beautiful cruise! While we had some concerns over the food and the quality (or non-exsistance) of the Wifi over all it was a great trip! I do wish we could have had more time on the island, but the activites on the ship were fun and kept us busy, with lots of space to chill and relax as well.

Bermuda never disappoints! Cruising there is fun and docking there for a few days is amazing!!!

Overall it was disappointing. We've cruised Royal Caribbean several times, and we'll return to that line.

It was 12th cruise with NCL 2nd on Gem. We never had any problems or complaints. This time our room was changed from a picture window to obstructed window. When I asked if rates went down. Our room smelled like sewer they came back after 2 days fixed it then the smell came back. Took 2 days to fix a draw that was broken. Disembarkment was chaotic.

I am not sure I will cruise with Norwegian again.

Pls beef up your buffet! And loosen your casino! Lol

We have been to all the ports in the itinerary except the Stirrup Cay Island but we wanted to escape the cold & celebrate my husband's birthday, so we booked this cruise. Compared to the many past cruises we've taken with NCL, this was a mistake, starting from the wrong cabin, down to the food & entertainment.

Overall great! This was our 3rd time on the gem. Service was very good. No complaints about anything. Our 17th cruise.

This cruise is a blast. More of an older crowd but even as a Solo Traveler made a lot of friends on this one.

For the price paid,not worth it. Did not enjoy this ship.

This was my first cruise. Initially it seemed awesome, but quickly became overpacked and was crowded everywhere. The food was terrible. Drinks were okay at first, but tasted watered down towards the end of the day. Woke up at 3:30 am because we couldn't sleep and everything was closed except for the Irish restaurant, which just had a limited food menu and non alcoholic drinks until 7am. The water/ice stations were shut down too. Casino was open but bar was not. Pools/hot tubs all closed. Just felt like cattle. Staff was rude most of the time. I wouldn't recommend it, there wasn't enough to do on the ship.

If you do not cruise a lot, then this one (11 nts) may be too long for you, as it was for us. We did get away from "winter" for a few weeks, but there are more meaningful ways to spend your travel money.

We enjoyed ourselves but having 6 days at sea (1 cancel, 1 was the lock day and only got 1 hour to get off boat), I will pick cruises with more port days. Our last cruise was only 1 day at sea and would have liked at least 2. So somewhere in the middle of that for a 10-11 day cruise. Loved the ship, loved the crew. We had a great time.
