Atrium needs more chairs. mattress in cabin (11562) needs to be replaced. Won’t be taking this cruise again.

Review summary

We have been on several NCL cruises to Bermuda. This time we saw the decline in entertainment. We also couldn’t find anywhere to sit on sea days. We won’t be back on this cruise ever again. Very disappointed.

We were on the same cruise with you. I disagree on many of your negatives. We found plenty empty chairs throughout the ship on sea days to enjoy. Our stateroom had the most comfortable bed and pillows. Very restful. The entertainers by the champagne bar and Le Bistro were excellent! A few pianists, a trumpet player and a young man who sang a large variety of music He was great. We had a fantastic cruise

I had a great time on the Gem, but I guess some people can't enjoy a cruise no matter what the cruise offers. I suppose it's all perspective, cause I enjoy every cruise I go on and make the most of it, since the money is spent, and to be disappointed isn't proactive.
