Review summary

It was 12th cruise with NCL 2nd on Gem. We never had any problems or complaints. This time our room was changed from a picture window to obstructed window. When I asked if rates went down. Our room smelled like sewer they came back after 2 days fixed it then the smell came back. Took 2 days to fix a draw that was broken. Disembarkment was chaotic.

Had sewer smell in bathroom, they fixed it and then smell came back a day or 2 later. Bed was to close to desk. Hard to get around.

We had that same room on 4/12-4/19 - it still smelled like sewer and half the time, we could not get the toilet to flush!!!
