Love the size and layout of the ship

I wish they would do this type of itinerary more frequently up to at least June

Loved the layout of the Gem most games and shows were in the spinnaker and stardust and it was easy to go up and down on same end of the ship
Also loved that there were 2 pools and 4 hot tubs
Cabin / Stateroom

Size of room was ok
Room was very clean
Major complaint was the constant ( every 15 minutes) noise we heard coming from the hydraulics of the lifeboats it would keep waking me up at night
We did complain about it
Other cabins heard it also
Ship tip
Don’t book an obstructed ocean view because of the annoying noise from the hydraulics in the lifeboat
Nothing to really do at the dockyard
Free NCL to st George’s was great
Many taxis and vans are there to take you to beaches and sightseeing
Bermuda is beautiful
We went to Coki beach which was very nice beach chairs are only 5.00 to rent
Water is very calm great beach for snorkeling and seeing colorful fish
Taxis are expensive
We did a tour of old and new San Juan with the buses lined up in front of the port. This is the 3rd time we’ve done this and it’s always been enjoyable
We also visited one of the forts and walked around
Absolutely loved Taino Bay
The weather was beautiful and enjoyed the pool and loved the lazy river
It was very tropical looking and all the shops were right there by the pool
