NCL needs to take responsibility for this ship, sail on it, FIX IT! Have been on other ships in the same top cabins....they should be ashamed of the HAVEN on the Gem!

doors still broken, same leaks everywhere including hot tub, and this was the very expensive Haven 2 bedroom! Never again!

Could never justify 10,000.00 for the Haven! The room is for a quick sleep and shower!

NCL does not have the funds to repair the ship and is just trying to survive.
