Review summary

It was fine because we all made it great giving no credit to to NCL & NCL Gem. For one (1) instance when we could get to our last port Punta Cana because we had to tender in and weather was rough they could have sailed in the warmer climate instead of heading back to the colder NYC foggy weather early (we were actually due to dock at 10:00am). All of us would have enjoyed spending the time in the warmer climate longer. I know the bottom-line is important but the paying public deserves better. I’ve got some 23 cruises under my belt so I take this seriously and I’m being sincere with my comments.

Embarkation

Great service!!

Ship Quality

1 out of 5
Ship needs to go back to dry dock AGAIN. The ship is a mess rust uncleanliness. Keeping a ship is a continuous & ongoing job. I’m VERY familiar as my husband is a retired a Navy man. The CruiseLine’s has been very negligent in a lot of areas. Design.... a more spacious are for book a future cruise soooo inadequate (small & unprofessional).

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Balcony filthy, a stain on the connecting door has been on the door for the last 3 sailings. I know I’ve been in stateroom for 2017,2019,2019.

Ship tip

It’s a nice ship great for us senior citizens or disabled population as it’s a great size.
