It was wonderful yet stressful because we always had to worry about our account on board and what was being charged and having to have them correct it and got us our cruise but then the locations in Ports that we originally had chosen we’re not where we went and we got no discounts yet others did so we would highly not recommend going through nor going through Norwegian.com we would highly recommend you go directly to the cruise company to schedule your next cruise and not a travel agency there are many other cruises out there besides Norwegian because Norwegian seem like to be oh about the money so we could never really relax it was kind of stressful

Ship Quality

Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Average size but very nice I like the sliding doors to the balcony
Ship tip
and the Norwegian have hidden fees not upfront fees they do not tell you about the service charges $15-$18 per person per day and the drink packages even those can be included you can not have a drink more than $15 and you cannot have more than $90 worth of alcoholic drinks each day
I did not do an excursion because that would have been a waste of money but it is too overwhelming and confusing from the New York city port I would suggest leaving out of Florida never leave out of New York City
Just be careful for the man that likes to shove the monkey on your head and shoulder a real monkey and so cute but then he takes your camera out of your hands takes pictures of you and then demand money so be careful and be aware of people trying to sell you stuff when you get to the port and walk in not enough time on shore but very beautiful
We did do an excursion at each port and we got $50 each off of the excursion at each port which was great but no one tells you especially cruises only that that you have to be charged to almost $1000 on your credit card before they take off the excursion credits because that’s how they work
Joyful seems to be misleading in your name. You should always do research before booking anything. From your review, you did absolutely no research, and then complained about everything
