We were scheduled to get in on Friday morning but there was a medical emergency so we got in a day early and it was very unorganized in the way they did the immigration interviews we were on deck 5 so we were last and we could not get on the elevator to bring our luggage with us so we did not bring it with us and we were told we could leave it in the room so we did when we finally got to deck 13 after running up 8 flights of stairs get through the process we were told we needed our luggage so we ran back down the 8 flights of stairs then we finally got on an elevator and made it back up to deck 13 and they did not do anything that could of been done on deck 7 where we were getting off the ship. This is what made us decide that we will not be cruising with Norwegian again we were told something different from everyone we asked.
