this was our first cruise. the crew was great. the ship is well kept . the cabin was nice.the diningrooms are great. the buffet was overcrowded we just want to get breakfast and meet our tour finding a table within view of the food is impossible i think some people sleep in the garden cafe at their tables. the staff though overrun was still friendly and nice especially those washie washie girls if you could bottle there attitudes you can put prozac out of business

really enjoyed the balcony but one of our neighbors smoked so we had to keep the door shut to keep the smoke out.
we were there on Sunday so 90% of the stores were closed the fort was open buy tickets at the kiosk by the statue 90 minute tour very knowlegable guide the view from the top is great
did an island tour and visited pigion island park, beach is small but you can snorkle and see tropical fish near the rocks views of the harbor from the hillside is great, Vonn the guide is outstanding
the ship docked at the industrial pier so there was some confusion to start annies tours sent a van to pick us up and met the tour down town tye rainforrest and the brimstone fort are well worth the tour price the view where the atlantic meets the caribbian are the icing on the cake. annie and her husband are great hosts.
our ship docked at another pier and we had to take a shuttle down town .great shopping too many stores to count we only had a few hours no time for a tour. island still recovering from hurricanes the people are friendly
Up until this point the cruise was organized . we were self disembarking with our bags. after people from the haven we were to be next to go. we had checked with guest service to find outwhere to go etc. we were told we could use the bow ramp after the haven people had left. when we got there we were told to go to bliss in the back we got to the atrieum and were sent back to the bow. security was there and the crew were arguing withone another by that time it was gridlock and nobody could move anyway. a mess!
I wonder if it was dock operations that messed up the disembarking because they are the ones who connect the gangway to the ship....... it seems every review from this trip had complaints about the craziness getting off.
