Comedian was amazing.

Waitstaff was often moody. Jane was the worst while Leo was exceptional. At 3 pm after the buffet closed and tables were mostly empty, Isaac Dobson told my wife and I, who were playing a quiet card game, that we had to quit and play only in the card room. We were embarrassed and not treated as guests but rather scolded children. There was ample places to post such notice on tables and elsewhere but this didn't happen.

Staff rinsed dirty glassware in sink and replaced it for us to use again. Very unsanitary.

Ps...using the buffet room to play games eats up tables for others who are trying to grab a bite to eat. When the area closes the staff has to clean and prepare for dinner.

We have had nothing besides positive experiences on the Gem. If I recall correctly there is a room on the gem to sit and play a game. Or sign a game out. We sat out at the pool bar playing scrabble. Never was bothered. As for the staff. They work very hard. With that said don't take a experience that put a bad taste in your mouth and make it the coverall. You will miss out on great times.

Outstanding staff
KidFree with my hubby cruise!!!
Relaxing, friendly staff, good music, quality of the food was fair, too many interruptions from the bridge......🙄
