Review summary

All in all, this cruise was nice. Food decent, service good, staff good. One disappointment was the Tortola Party Tour on Tortola. Served lunch was awful, dirty, and not fun at all! Paid extra for Anniversary decorations in our cabin, and could have gotten them at the Dollar Store for $5.00 total. Not worth the money!!One last thing, nothing was done to help the handicapped with disembarkment. It was total confusion getting off the ship. Handicap should at least be able to leave first and luggage should have been easier to find........

I saw that all handicapped people were leaving near the atrium and being assisted. everyone got to choose which tags you wanted for your disembarke time...I have to agree that this whole process was a mess. we were in port 2 hours before that other ship arrived and they were off their ship and in line a customs at the same time as us. we chose the 9:10 slot but didn't get off until about 40 minutes later. I wonder if the stocking of ship for the renovations had anything to do with this whole disrmbark mess. Plus, if people didn't clog the hallways..when it perhaps wasn't there scheduled time to leave, maybe that would have sped things up :)

we had an issue with the Tortola excursion last November when we were there but are giving it a try again this November...
