Review summary

this was our 5th cruise, 3rd on Norwegian, the morale on ship did not feel great crew members were not as pleasant as on other sailings, as well it seemed since Norwegian is offering free beverage package there is less poolside help and you had to wait sometime for a drink at most bars. Norwegian also does not really change types of food up in buffet greater variety would have been nice. On a plus ship was beautiful

On another note, could have done without the poison ivy!!!! or at least that is what I think it is, (not home yet) never had this before and don't know if it transfers this way but forearm started itching when I had them leaning on a table at outside/smoking bar...Thx, fellow traveler! I have it all over me now :(

just got off the Gem today. Staff was exceptional!!! all went above & beyond to make it Great!
