We went on this cruise with another couple. Sailing inside rooms as we tend to spend more time in the spa and common areas than our room. For Bermuda, I think the inside cabin is an amazing bang for your buck. We had a great location on the 8th floor - this allowed for us to really take advantage of the waterfront all day long. Peaceful couches to play cards or read a book, have your coffee, or and evening glass of wine. Cannot say enough how much I love this space away from the top decks and pools where you can enjoy the water and views. We also really love the access to all the bars and restaurants on 8. __The thermal spa is our favorite - definitely recommend pre-booking a pass or booking in a spa balcony so it is included. I often would take a full shower in the spa locker room, do my hair, and head to dinner - HOW RELAXING! __Our biggest advice is to prepare. Even just familiarizing yourself with the overall layout of the ship is a great help to not feel so overwhelmed when on a larger ship. Prioritize what you'd like to see and do, then review the daily activities in the morning or each evening and plan your day. Even if it's just one activity a day. You'll feel better! I promise! Even the "go with the flow" people will enjoy it more!! Perhaps this is because I believe cruise vacations are what you make them - if you go in expecting the world with no prep, you're not going to get the world.

The overall trip was amazing. The only thing I could complain about was our room. On every sea day, our room would creak very loudly because of ship movement. We had someone come check and was told they couldn’t do anything about it (which is true, but very disappointing). It was loud and we slept very little.

I have been on the Gem twice and the Jewel once and raved about the food, shows, staff, and everything to friends & family. So sad that this trip was subpar at best.

The cruise was great. We had awesome weather and 2 other couples joined us. We are planning another cruise to Bermuda next year but we want to get on the new ship " The Encore " first.

The food and staff were wonderful. The port was beautiful. Wasn't happy with this ship. People pre-booked shows but didn't attend. They just wanted to cover themselves in case they wanted to go. There was a very small dance floor by the pool. Saw a raunchy game in the Atrium where they allowed kids. We had to sit on the floor on the atrium (we're in our 50's) while kids sat in chairs, and no one asked the kids to move for us. They have a LOT of rooms so there should be more room by the pool and in the common areas, like the atrium and theater. I prefer the smaller ships.

Had a great time on this cruise, already booked our next two cruises on NCL.

Only my 2nd cruise but night life was good & loved the parasailing excursion.

Would consider again, but maybe not our of New York in winter.

The cruise was great. Our only complaints were no deck chairs because people saved them and were never sitting in them. The events in the atrium were hard to get seats for, but when you did it was always worth it. Too hard to get reservations for the comedy shows. Even though we enjoy the smaller ships, this was an overall great cruise.

The ship was amazing, but the cruise itinerary was less than spectacular. Leaving from NYC leaves you with a very limited port list, so it was definitely more about the ship.

Had a wonderful time on the Norwegian Escape. It was amazing ship with a lot of things to do. We loved the food and the service. Bahamas was a great destination. The staff and crew work really hard to take care of you and address your needs. Shows and onboard activities were fun. We enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be doing more cruises in the future. Great first time experience and now we’re hooked.

We were off to a slow start at finding shows and knowing how to find things. End of the week was great. We attended most of the shows, which were wonderful.

We love ncl’s freestyle. We can do what we want when we want. The ship was very clean. Food was always good. Most of the service was great. The entertainment was amazing. My only complaint would be the slow service at the bars. But overall they did a wonderful job.

Plan ahead, get to know your boat a little and be flexible. You will have a great time if you want to have a great time, family loved it, we will go again to someplace else in the future

As a first time cruiser the experience was great. Will for sure do it again!

Love Norwegian. Everyone helpful and friendly. Excellent shows, food and cocktails.

Norwegian can sleep over 5000 people but can definitely NOT accommodate this number of people with the amenities they have on board!

Awesome service great food and entertainment I got s little sea sick otherwise it was great
