Great cruise, only minor things I would change, overall my favorite cruise,

We had an amazing time! Beautiful weather...........though I would have preferred warmer temps than 80, and only 65 in Florida!

I would do this cruise again but 7A-1P in port is not a great timeframe (Tortola). Great Stirrup Cay is fantastic! This is a great itinerary to just relax and enjoy the scenery

Overall, the cruise was very enjoyable, activities fun (both on & off ship), food & drink were plenty, performances nice, staff pleasant, rooms relaxing, and views spectacular.

We love NCL and they are our favorite cruise line. However, I can understand where some people feel as if they are not getting their money's worth or they feel as if they are being nickle and dime'd while on the cruise - but if you decide to cruise on NCL, don't feel that you need to do anything or everything if you don't want to partake in things that cost you money. First time cruising with NCL. I was not impressed the food was very lacking, the staff was clearly overworked and understaffed. The entertainment venues are way too small for the size of the ship. The entertainment performers and staff we did encounter were all pleasant. Overall i would not sail again with NCL based on my experience.

This was our 7th cruise. The other six were all on Carnival. Each cruise line has its pro's and con's, but we like Carnival better overall. But consider that we are elderly, so didn't participate in nearly all excursions - or gamble. One big negative about NCL was the internet service was poor. We had to go the the internet desk to get back online - twice.

Overall the cruise was just ok at best. Unremarkable ports, food, entertainment, ship experiences. I'm going to stay with the smaller ships where possible.

Great family vacation. Lots to do for everyone. Crew super nice and fun. Ship is nicely laid out. Food and entertainment amazing!!

We had a fabulous time, met some really cool people, and enjoyed a beautiful ship and gorgeous locales.

We all had a good time, but have had better times on other ships!! Way too many people on this one, never got in the hot tub but once!!

They went back to old style muster drill which is very crowded and hated by everyone. Crew staff was great cruise ship was great especially the solo area.

Overall, the ship was much better than Carnival. If you are with a family or large group, advance planning is essential. Getting lounge chairs in the pool area is sucked up fast and furious early in the morning. Great kids area on the pool deck area. Plenty of food places to get decent or great food. Plenty of bars and get the Premium plus drink package to get whatever you want and however much you want. Great staff, servers, and always helpful. Plan early as soon as you get on the boat. Also, if there is no reservations available, I was able to get in every event I wanted by getting there early on standby.

This is our first cruise and we were pleased with our experience. It took a bit of exploring and time to figure out how things worked and we are so looking forward to another cruise in our future.

Beautiful ship but very crowded at events due to number of passengers. Used to taking smaller ships, which I will go back to. NCL always has excellent entertainment!

Bad News First: when making our reservation more that 6 months in advance, Cheap Cruises rep told us we could apply our CruiseNext credit later. NOT TRUE! If booking through a travel agent, you can only use a CruiseNext credit when reserving your Cruise. Cheap Cruises refused to own up to their mistake. So,, we paid $500 more for our Cruise than we should have. And then, while talking to a Cheap Cruises rep during this cruise about a future cruise (don't ask me why my wife called them), a different rep said the same thing! Do they really not know or is it a concerted effort to prevent people from using their CruiseNext deposit credits?! We are not going back to Cheap Cruises again.

We enjoyed every moment of the trip. This was another great experience with Norwegian cruise line. They make you feel special. The spa on board was a great way to spend hours relaxing. The evening entertainment was so professional and fun. Already planning our next adventure on Norwegian.

It was a nice cruise on a beautiful ship. NCL needed a lot more staff to care for the number of passengers on the ship and better bartender training. Fortunately, we purchased the drink package so we didn't have to pay for the bad drinks. It was just annoying to wait 15 minutes for a drink and get something that was undrinkable. If you want complimentary dining, book it the day you get on the ship... the same as if you are booking the specialty dining. Book your shows as soon as you get on the ship as well or you may not get in to see them.

Overcrowded ship (4600), but people were having a blast everywhere on the ship for the entire cruise. Never seen anything like this on 9 NCL cruises.
