I would do this cruise again but 7A-1P in port is not a great timeframe (Tortola).

If we got to the pool early in the morning it was fine. Chairs were being held beginning at 8AM - and people not coming back for 6+ hours - staff not doing anything about it. Implement rules only if you intend to follow through

Room steward: Fantastic
Waiters: Depending on the dining room - Manhatten room was very slow
Bar Staff: Bartenders were excellent but there was very little bar staff for drink orders, etc. Sometimes drinks would take 20+ minutes to get - even if you are at the bar.
Cellar Master: Excellent!
Guest Services: Some seemed very new and not able to help or giving out misinformation
Ship Quality

Love the ship. Staffing cuts show here as well. On the Waterfront, many tables were full of empty glasses, bottles, etc.. and this carried through most of the ship. Layout and design is absolutely fantastic!
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was great - in a great location - was always clan
Hubby and I were on that ship as well and agree that the service was lacking in some areas. No waiters in Spice in morning and very long lines at bar. The muster drill wasn't very coordinated but other than that great cruise.
Glad enjoy the ship but That time frame in Tortola should be reconsidered is Short to enjoy even from a Shore excursion mostly if a trip to Devil Bay in Virgin Gorda
Overall The ship is Great shiny besides Staff cutting issues
