Love cruising. LOve NCL...Just would never go on a large ship like this again. Way to big, and these days unfortunately they nickel and dime you to much. I had the liquor package, I would expect it to include the coffee package. Very disappointed in paying for cappuccino every day. Unlike Celebrity it was all included.

No regrets! I'd go again on the same ship with the same itinary!

We had a good time on the Escape mostly due to the helpful, friendly staff, the great food in the Manhattan Dining Room, the variety of ethnic foods in the buffet, and The Choir of Man musical show, the comedians and The Classic Tones dance music.

The big crowd still a problem on occasions. The staff did a remarkable job everywhere (exceeded my expectations). Food presentation in dining room lacks attention and the meal lacked often of a minimal creativity. And sometimes is just bizarre!

Overall we had a great time. You really make your own fun. I was a bit upset about getting sick and missing two ports of call but I got over it and made the best of it. The food was good, our friends were great, our experiences with most of the entertainment venues were top notch. (Comedians, Howl at the Moon, Vox Fortis, After Midnight, and The Choir of Man were top notch.)

Would love to travel again. I am a Zumba instructor and would love to teach some classes and be part of the staff if possible sometime :)

Would not recommend Norwegian but as I said the price I paid was worth the short comings. The Disimbarkation was terible, it's a shame this is the last memory that we have of Norwegian cruise line.

While the ship was extremely disappointing we enjoyed ourselves and made another reservation for next year. Felt that the ship should have made some small compensation for the sanitizing, late embarkation and general inconvenience. Some beds not made, no glasses in bathroom, luggage arrived too late for unpacking, etc. A shipboard credit or refund would have been very appropriate and gone a long ways in customer relations. We felt that you really didn't and don't care.

Was overall a good cruise. Brought new cruisers along and was hoping for better food like past cruises. Not my favorite ship, was too many people. A little chaotic with the norovirus but it worked out ok in the end.

We met a lot of passengers who were very unhappy with Norwegian and indicated they would not cruise again with this company, one saying she was going to cancel a cruise always planned for later in the year. This was our first Norwegian cruise, and overall we were very happy with everything. We especially appreciated the hardworking crew members and typically found them all very nice and helpful. We especially appreciated the long hours the crew put in to continually disinfect the ship, many working hours more than their regular shift. It was hard on them! There will always be exceptions and problems with any cruise line. We will not eliminate Norwegian from our choices when planning another cruise.

very relaxing and was what we wanted the weather was great and the seas were not rough.

The cruise itself was very nice. We had calm seas, good weather after the first day with snow, good food, nice staff, & ports I enjoy. I didn't like the overall ship itself as was the discussion with most people we met. It needs a nice solarium for the regular people to go to read, play cards, chat but on this ship that was reserved for the Haven people which left the rest of us out of luck. People said they would not go back on the Escape for that reason - felt if they didn't purchase a room in the Haven they weren't good enough to have a place to go and enjoy. The rooms are smaller and tight! Enjoyed the itinerary and food. The shows were just okay with no nice big productions. Sorry, but this ship is off my list.

I love cruising and Norwegian ships have proved to be very nice.

I love cruising with Norwegian now that I'm a gold member I can't wait to book my next Cruise Kathryn Asher is great as always and I love for a setting everything up.

NCL upper management doesn’t know how to deal with irus outbreak on board, absolutely unprepared.

Ridiculous - no straws If you are a smoker, you will freeze. Very small open areas. The only inside room is about a 12 x 12 and 30 people, elbow to elbow.

Based on this experience I do not believe that we will ever book Norwegian Again.Which is sad because prior to this cruise we thought we would only cruise with them, as this was our third Norwegian cruise and it might be our last.
