Review summary

While the ship was extremely disappointing we enjoyed ourselves and made another reservation for next year. Felt that the ship should have made some small compensation for the sanitizing, late embarkation and general inconvenience. Some beds not made, no glasses in bathroom, luggage arrived too late for unpacking, etc. A shipboard credit or refund would have been very appropriate and gone a long ways in customer relations. We felt that you really didn't and don't care.

Room stewards and wait staff in dining room excellent. Buffet terrible. I use a walk and received absolutely no help and no help disembarking the ship at ports.

Could not walk 2 abreast in halls; walked could not pass cart for cleaning without moving it.

Could not use closet because couch was right next to it. No coffee table. Stool/bench had to be moved before getting into bed.

Ship tip

DO NOT GO! We have loved NCL for many years. Would never go on the large ships again. Seems like you make them bigger to make people stand in line more. 4 hours to get internet was more than excessive when one can't stand.

We’ve missed ports before it is what you make it...disappointing yes but great crew so can’t really complain, make the best of it and enjoy!

So you want a refund because they sanitized the ship after a virus break out? Hmmmm. Sorry it was so terrible that you had to book another one for next year.

We went in sept 2018 loved everything, room, shows, casino, bars, restaurants. Sure long embarkation but we got there early sat and waited to be called and went on ship and ate in Savor with no lines. Getting off the ship was a bit hectic but hey it’s NYC and 4000 people were leaving. No major issues and we rebooked for this November 😊

They said they didn’t like the big ship so I assume they went back to the smaller ships within the same brand.
