Overall fun! Perhaps better if you travel with family or friends not necessary best for young couples .Ship is super clean...staff friendly and helpful..food delicious The main problem are elevators we almost never could get one!

Beware if you need to go to the ship's medical center..VERY expensive! Long story but we were 'medically disembarked' by NCL to local hospital in Bermuda...a nightmare...the ship's doctor had no compassion....time for her to retire to a farm

Norweigan has a great drink package, otherwise the staff is neglectful. Almost like a cafeteria style experience. You call the front desk and no one answers. Really disappointed.

This cruise was a wonderful experience for the most part. I loved 80's night and the glow party. I also met some wonderful people. I want to cruise with them again.

I was looking forward to being on such a large ship with so many amenities, but apparently so were 5,000 of our closest friends (according to a couple of crew members). NCL needs to reduce the number of cabins and expand the common areas. I know that's not good for profit margins, but it would make the cruise a lot more enjoyable. I will never go on a large NCL ship again. I did notice that the next line of ships will have fewer passengers though a bit larger. Maybe they learned their lesson. Were it not for the horrendous crowds and inability to see shows, it was a great ship and port.

Great show the chorus Of Man on the NCL Escape get there early and site in the 1st 20 rows the cast will come on stage before the show starts and invite you to come up on stage go up and get a free beer or two you can site and talk to the guys in there character after the show out in front of the theater you can talk to them out of character

The cruise was absolutely amazing. Cant wait to go on our next one. We are planning a cruise in april either on the escape or bliss with the kids this time. We are a Norwegian family for sure.

It was an enjoyable first cruise. Next time I’ll choose a smaller ship.

Very good ship just wish the shops had more to offer but it was very nice people where nice and the room was great my granddaughter love it very much the splash academy was great she loved it very much can't wait to go again soon

Best ship I've ever been on from service to food and shows.the drinks were amazing.the beer on tap in the brewery were crisp you can tell they clean the hoses for an amazing taste.if I had one complain it might be the lines at times for the elevators.

Overall cruise was nice, only complaint is that anything going on in the atrium area was extremly loud. if you were 1 deck higher at O'shehans for example, atrium was so loud we couldnt have a conversation or to just relax and enjoy a snack. Wish the stores had more NCL items like on the GEM to purchase

I love Norwegian Cruise line but i think the larger the ship, the quality of food and service decreases. We have been on 7 different ships and this ships quality of food was much lower then other ships. Since starting the "Free at Sea" and offering Speciality Dinning as one of the option, the quality of the Speciality Dinner restaurants has really going down. I doesn't even feel like a special treat to go to them. The seafood Speciality restaurant was extremely expensive and not worth it. If you want to go to this restaurant, you can use your speciality dinner credit but you have an additional charge on top of that and if you want lobster, you pay yet another charge. We will never go there again.

I like roundtrip to ny. Loved our cabin but usually the price too high. Got a great deal

Overall this was a beautiful ship with so much to do and excellent food. We will be back.

I've cruised over 20 times on Carnival, Celebrity and Royal Caribbean. I liked them all better than Norwegian although the drink package was nice. Overall I consider this cruise a giant waste of money.

This was first trip with ncl and most likely are last. It felt like all they did was add more room but didn't plan what to do with all the people. We had 3 day at sea and not enough stuff for anyone to do. Poor planing of the buffet because there are no where for any one to sit down to eat.

Overall I would do this same cruise and ship over again any time. Well worth the cost, 90% of this cruise was just perfect. Some things like rude people and long lines are just part of any vacation having more people then your own home town. Unfortunetly leaving process put a huge red mark at the end for me. There has to be a better way. Service Food and Housing were all 100% for me those are my biggest reason. We will sail norwegian again just want to try the newest ship, I will definetly consider escape aagin just to see there staff again who were the absolute best.

On escape 3/31/19 we had a great embarkation we had a wheelchair person and the port crew helped in many ways Once on ship said person was treated like a queen the staff and all her new friends that she met while on board To our fellow cruiser thank you all she is planning a cruise right now with her granddaughter so you all got her hooked on the cruise bug The food in the garden cafe was very good and tasteful but the prime rib in O Sheehans on Saturday night was great tender juicy Our room steward (who’s name my spell check won’t let me write) but he’s on 13 th floor 437 area I called him AJ was great went way over his job title and was great to the ladies in my family The room was always done and he talked me into open our door when I put the do not disturb on just so he could leave an animal on my sister in-laws bed The handicap room was perfect for the three of us The bathroom was large The entertainment was very good in the atrium and in the theater liked the headliners some did the same routine or parts of earlier shows Didn’t have the drink pkg but the craft beer out of brew house was great moduro was my fav and the staff was very good when I came in my drink was either on the bar or being poured My own entertainment was the rope course I was glad I did it but I never shook so much while on rope steps or while I was over the side of the ship I’m not afraid of heights but when you look down at your feet and all you see is a three inch board and water below you you will know what I mean if you try it Disembarking was a site to behold we were told that because my sister in-law in her chair to start out now instead of waiting for our color to head on out they call brown we had orange so we went Well on the way a lady with a cane was assaulting a man on the platform (only in ny) other then that it was smooth The security on the street hats off to them made two taxis move so we could get close to curb to load up chair and sister-in-law All in all the wife is happy her sister is happy then I’m a happy fellow life is good Ok my only complaint in this whole trip was the bingo in the theater don’t mind the way they play the games but how can you let a kid play a money game the families are giving a free ticket that give them an extra card over everyone else who paid the same money A free card should be playing for a prize not cash sorry but gambling is for adults Thats our cruise loved it
