Review summary

Norweigan has a great drink package, otherwise the staff is neglectful. Almost like a cafeteria style experience. You call the front desk and no one answers. Really disappointed.

Disembarkation

Neglectful. Everyone was standing on the stairs, fights, and pushing. No staff guidance. Took 4 hours and we were supposed to be the first check off!

How were you supposed to be the first off. You werent the Haven were you? Also if the problem was SO BIG why not go down to guest services yourself?
