The pace was fine. We all understand there is a lot of waiting, either through security or just after - waiting to board. There were a ton of seats in the terminal but still not enough at the peak time

Cleanliness was good. The layout was just okay. I personally did not like going through the -always-smoky casino to get to other places. Activities in the atrium are always packed and getting through there is difficult
Cabin / Stateroom

Size was perfect for two people. The angled balcony was awesome for us and even a third or fourth person to socialize. The couch next to the closet was best for moving around and getting dressed
We always hire a limo so getting dropped off right there at the curb is great. There are plenty of porters there to take your bag right away and staff to run the elevator to enter the terminal
It was somewhat cold in April. I would only go again in May or later. I liked Bermuda because it was clean and civilized. The residents were all very friendly
We were somewhat late arriving and even more delayed getting the ship cleared (about an hour overall). The staff seemed to make up some of the time, but there were still long waits. Waiting to exit the ship and then waiting in line to get into the terminal for customs. THIS time (as apposed to Dec 2017) there were plenty of porters to assist disembarkation guests if needed.
