See above narrative. The food except for the specialty restaurants was marginal!

Cruise was great at 50% capacity. Not sure I would Cruise on this ship at full capacity.

We love Norwegian and will definitely be sailing again soon. The staff just make cruising a fun place to be!

think the staff needs a "Disney" training regarding information about all things Norwegian. The customer service desk and the excursion desk couldn't tell me about Great Stirrup Cay. Not even the basics. Everyone should know everything there is to know about the ship, or say, "I don't know, but let me find out for you." You should have taken COVID time to cross train everyone in all areas enough to know answers.

Great service onboard. Always a lot to do. Great ship. Food and drinks were great as well.

With the pandemic was an awesome time to sail. The ship was less than half full and the protocols to get on board keep everyone safe!

The civid masks on board as required was unfortunate after EVERYONE showing their shot cards, getting tested at port. Understandable but sad. Also the cancellation of the Grand Caymans due to covid was also disappointing as that was way we chose this cruise to begin with.

Overall cruise was great, Beach excursions were terrible especially after having to pay for the excursions. Food and drinks on the boat and at Great Stirrup were outstanding along with the staff very helpful and polite.

We sure enjoyed this cruise. It was a wonderful and most memorable experience.

Ship had only 1400 passengers due to Covid cancellations which made it nice with no crowds anywhere.

Nice new ship. Several actives not open, (e.g. rope course, golf) not sure if staff, or lack of guests was the cause.

Only had 1400 passengers so we felt like were on a semi private cruise. More crew than passengers. Everything was great. Cagney's steakhouse was outstanding. Disappointed in entertainment. Two main shows were cancelled. Missed seeing the singing and dancing. The replacement performers were adequate but not at the same energy. There was a good selection of entertainment with different venues. Garden buffet was never crowded. A good selection of food on the buffet.

Very good cruise considering having to deal with the Pandemic. Covid Protocols were in place to ensure the safety of passengers.

Amazing crew!!! Diligent in safety protocols. The best ship in the fleet!

Norwegian did a fantastic job providing a wonderful cruise

Totally enjoyed our Christmas/New Years holidays on the cruise. Will definately look for this cruise again, hopefully without the cloud of Covid over our heads.

Will not cruise any Ships other than NCL after this cruise.
