Review summary

The ship got stuck on the first stop. NCL was very unorganized. People were terrify and nothing that they did extra to calm the people down. We had to take the flight back due to the circumstances. Basically they dropped people off at the airport and you were on your own. We required to wake up at 4 am and leave the ship at 6 am for 12.00 pm flight. Once we got to the check in counter, they said they were no seats for us. Ended up waiting until 5 pm. None of the NCL staff were there to help navigate 2000 passengers on that day!!!

We got to the port at 11.00. Per NCL, the terminal got struck by the lighting so we had to wait in line for 5 hours! Didn't get to check in until 4 pm

Foods are ok. Only one side of the buffet is open. Nothing impressive for regular dining. However, we got two specialty dining and they are very good!

Closed down the kids club and have no extra activities for kids. We got notification 5 days before cruising. This is very unacceptable
