Main theater entertainment 5 star; Dueling piano's 5 star; the rest 2 star. Norwegian epic had several 5 star entertainment groups on transatlantic.

Waiters and room stewards fantastic! Guest services and security poor. Upon embarkation, Security removed a dive knife, electrical dual plug in and and after SEVERAL trips to guest services following lettered instructions from security, guest services lost a pocket bone handled pocket knife and and my dive knife and could not find them. Only after more than 6 requests directly to both guest services and security immediately before we left the ship, they could not locate two knives, We were told to see security who would have the knives after we left the ship. We requested security at the terminal and told them our dilema. After more than 30 minutes, the security supervisor went onboard the ship and security found my dive knife but not the bone handled pocket knife with scabbard. As a result of the delay, we missed our shuttle service and had to wait another hour for the shuttle service to come pick us up. I have had the bone handled knife and scabbard for more than 20 years and it is valued at more than $ 300. I plan to write a letter and to contact senior management at Norwegian for resolution. Someone onboard the ship has my knife and I want it back. THis part of the cruise experience gave us stress and took away from the enjoyment of the cruise. We had planned to buy the next cruise certs but decided as Gold cruisers with Norwegian, we may take Royal Caribbean or Carnival on our fall transatlantic to the UK.

Norwegian prices for activities is way to expensive. We are financially comfortable but our good sense says to seek out our own experiences. The resort for a day in Ocho Rios was sold out even though we tried to book prior to cruise. We could have booked it directly though.
