First NCL cruise. Check-in was fairly well organized. Check-out was nuts. Ship had to cruise back to Miami on Friday night due to a medical emergency so no casino or shopping and No other explanation. Only saw our cabin steward twice and only in the hallway. Room got cleaned twice even tho we had our door set for cleaning. Even tho the hall was crowded with cleaning carts our cabin often got skipped. On debarkation we never received a group number and there were no NCL people in the debark center to ask so we just left. Granted, the ship was preparing for inspections from the Coast Guard, Health and Safety Certification, and an Audit all starting that Saturday morning. I recommend that they lower the volume on the band's amps when the band plays outside of Sheehan's restaurant.

Escape was our first cruise and it was amazing. On land we go for 2 bed suites, all inclusive and a kids club for our DD 20 months and DS 7. We were running out of good places to go, with most kids club accepting children 5+. We decided to double our budget but only go every other year and go somewhere really memorable. We narrowed it down to Beaches or Escape. Beaches was £2k more but with persuasion my husband agreed to try out a cruise. He was scared of being away from land but the number of restaurants and activities eventually won him over. It was everything we could have possibly dreamt of and more. We had a 2 bed suite in the haven with the drinks package and a kids club for both children, although payable for our DD and more restrictive opening hours but it was exactly what we needed. We were able to go to the comedy club, watch a show, lounge, drink, meet family in Tortola, visit the beach and eat copious amounts of delicious food. It was the best holiday we’ve had, even compared to the holidays before we had kids. We couldn’t wait two years. Now we are looking forward to our next Escape, our DD is now 2.5 so not old enough for the other NCL ships but there was so many things I missed on the ship last time that I can’t wait to do. Can you believe I didn’t go to H2O or have a massage or have the drink of the day???!!! I’ve got my checklist...14 days to go!!!

NCL Escape Rules!! Amazing ship with a large amount of things to do. Great restaurants, entertainment and venue. NCL is truly the best cruiseline I have sailed with.

Staff was amazing, food in specialty restaurants was so good, drinks were unlimited and they weren't weak at all. Had so much fun at H20 with all the parties. Islands were beautiful. Andre Ship director was hilarious. Loved all the entertainment. Black jack dealers were so much fun. Can't think of anything bad to say about this cruise! Already booked for May 😁

Time flew by. I wish I could have stayed longer. Beds were super comfy, slept better than I ever have. I will definitely cruise again and hopefully for 10 or more days next time,

Just got home from our cruise on the Escape...and this was our best cruise ever. The service, food, ship, entertainment, excellent. We've sailed others, but Norwegian is now our fave. The only con we had was the location of the casino and the smoke that accompanied it down to decks below to Le Bistro and Tappenyaki. Folks, listen to me..food was outstanding. Even the buffet, very good. Do NOT miss Cagneys, Le Bistro, or Tappenyaki. Excellent isn't the word. Amazing, that's more like it. From service to the presentation and the taste, omg. The entire staff is always smiling and welcoming you onboard. We had a mini suite 13802 and it was very spacious and plenty of storage. The bathroom is a double vanity sink and walk in shower. Very big. The entertainment, fabulous. The Brat Pack and Cotton Club couldn't have been better. Great entertainment. And clean, this ship is spotless. It's always being cleaned. In fact we noticed several inspections in the buffet area by supervisors ensuring areas as sanitised and clean. Multiple guests noticed and were impressed. So much to list....i'll gladly answer and asks....definitely sail this ship.

Sorry - I don't have photos yet - they're on my phone. Although we were sad that the itinerary was changed from Eastern caribbean - and we were a bit concerned because of the tropical storm that we had to cruise through on embarkation day... the trip was a huge success! Though we had 15 foot seas and winds gusting 75-80 mph the first night - the ship is so solid that we barely knew it was happening. I can't say enough about the ship and the Haven and the staff. It was amazing! I can't wait to book my next Norwegian cruise!

This was our second cruise with NCL maybe the last. We were overwhelmed with the amount of bars & noise. Every ten to twent steps was a bar. I get it the bar is revenue generated but why SO many?. You cannot find a quiet spot any where on the boat. The pool is ok but when the music starts we had to leave it was so loud we could not handle it. The pool is very small & very cold too many people on sea days. The one time that the pool was quiet the water was so cold it was empty. Everyone commented on the cold water. Carnival is known as the party boat this must be close competition. As I have not cruised with carnival for that reason I was disappointed in this cruise. Would not recommend for persons wanting to rest & relax. Way to much noise, loud music, and bares for us.

We had amazing cruise. Highly recommended. The ship is very clean, crew was great and the food was pretty good. Check it out. Loved the ship. District brewhouse and food republic are out of this world.

We had a lot of great experiences, although we had originally booked the cruise for the Western Carribean. Hurricane had other plans. Great food, great service and clean ship.

We absolutely loved our cruise on this ship! Would definitely recommend it to others & can't wait to come back. Plus being a Latitude member is a PLUS. Free perks are ways nice.

Just sailed on the Escape in October. The ship is amazing-the staff very friendly-food very good! Just booked myself on the Escape for December 16th to Jamaica-Grand Cayman. Cannot get enough of this ship. $735 with free wifi & $50 on board credit!!

Plan on booking another cruise on the Escape since I really enjoyed this ship, the stateroom and the delicious food. Great staff!! Will try for the Southern Caribbean next time.

I honestly can't imagine a vacation experience where you get more for your vacation dollar, than on the Norwegian Escape. Just go! You won't regret it!

By far the best ship I have ben on over all the other cruise lines. Service was superior and the shows were excellent. Lots to do and keep you occupied when you are at sea. Can’t wait to sail on her again next May to Bermuda.

Large ship, one pool. H2O zone pool was deleted from the Escape,what a shame. Service 10. Food 9 Jimmy Buffet restaurant should not be a pay restaurant. Cleanliness 10. Entertainment 10. Ports 10. Awesome ship otherwise.

First time on Norweigan and was a little hesitant at first. Glad we tried it. Did not disappoint. Staff was friendly. Ship was clean. Most entertainment was awesome

We sailed on the Escape 10/14 - 10/21. We stayed in mid ship mini suite with balcony. #12198. Veterans comfortable room for two people. Nice size bathroom, no feelings of being squeezed together. Dining- no issues at all. We ate at a Taste, Savor, Manhattan. The cafe buffet was very good also. We would recommend the Escape to anyone.

2 more days!! Who's sailing Escape on the 14th?? Second time on this ship and I am soooooooo ready! I can already smell the fresh ocean air with drink in hand😊😊😊😊!
