Ours was cleaned twice daily except for the day we accidentally put the Do Not Disturb button on instead of Make Up Room...only called once but that was because I drank a lot of coffee waiting for sunrises 🌅

I don’t mind not seeing my cabin Stewart every day but as long as they still clean my stateroom, it’s okay. But if you stateroom was not cleaned every day and it’s an issu for you, you should’ve gone to guest service and ask to talk to the hotel manager. Hope your next cruise is better.

As was our room I️ loved the whole experience that much I️ didn’t want to get off

I got off the ship yesterday everything went smoothly my room was clean twice a day

You don’t get disembarkation group numbers, you get coloured luggage tags and leave the ship based on those unless you opt for self assistance in which case you do walk off with your own luggage. Maybe your early arrival knocked everything askew as the luggage only gets put out by guests on the Friday night so maybe that process just never happened.... Can’t understand the cabin cleaning issue, our rooms on Norwegian ships are always made up at least twice per day... Maybe what you thought was the cleaning switch was actually illuminating the do not disturb light? O’Sheenan’s location right about the Atrium is good for viewing the shows and events but hopeless for enjoying a relaxed meal. We reckon it’s really only a place for snacks rather than a proper meal... The events at the Atrium have even more impact on the guest services desks...
