Review summary

NCL removed our FAS promos for an action which I didn't do. They stated that I prepaid service charges which obviously removes the promotions including the FAS plus which was paid 18 days earlier. Their claim is that I prepaid service charges 6 days prior to sailing, which I did not and never do. NCL is horrible, once they have your money, they don't care. I will never sail them again, after them being our favorite prior to this cruise.

Something doesn't add up regarding prepaid gratuities. Also, it's the first time the room steward gets a bad review. Somehow, I get a feeling the problem is not completely with the cruise but with the cruiser.

Strange, we always prepay the gratuities and it’s never had any impact on our free at sea. Why would you only be allowed one or the other as they have nothing to do with each other, I don’t get it sorry.

This makes no sense. I prepay gratuities on every cruise and it has no impact on the free at sea package. They aren’t tied together.
