Review summary

The Haven product needs a fine-tuning. I would cruise Norwegian Haven again, but it certainly would not be my first choice. Royal Caribbean SkyClass, MSC Yacht Club, Celebrity The Retreat are far superior

Hit or miss. Some ports upon returning to the ship did not have separate Haven priority entrance. Didn’t feel so special as a Haven guest at times

There was not enough hand, sanitizing stations, and too many manual open doors and faucets that could easily contract viruses that other passengers bring on board.

Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin itself was great. The cabin location outside of the Haven is not great at all.

Ship tip

Be cautious of how much you pay for your Haven room. If you are on an upgrade, that is a different story but if you are paying full price for Haven, beware. There are other products like MSC yacht club that provide a much higher level of service for a lower price.
