Make sure you make your reservations for the specialty restaurants weeks before sailing. Also, make reservations for the Ice Bar the day you get on the ship.

The organization and itinerary was excellent.

If it's your 1st or even 2nd cruise you will bring way too many clothes. We do like to dress for dinner even though you don't have to, however, you practically live in your swimsuit or I do so you really don't need but 2 or 3 sets of casual clothes.

Book dining, entertainment, tenders and disembark as early as possible.

Wish I would have known how to turn on lights from the beginning. Also wish there could have been some music to choose from. Minimal TV shows but then you don't really spend much time in room.

Enjoy! Free-style cruising is the best!

We always carry our luggage off the ship. Once you get to customs you hire a porter to help with your bags. Our porter was great this time he took our luggage to our truck in the parking lot. We didn't have to wait in the long line in customs.

Take advantage of making reservations for the speciality restaurants. Prepare to get your own drinks at lounges, clubs and outside. 18th floor there is a big deck for adults only. One side of the deck is for the Haven guests but there is a good portion that is not reserved for the Haven.

For anyone who is physically challenged walking, get wheelchair assistance. It is a BIG ship.

Don't sit in a restaurant where the ceiling is open to floors above. People throw things at you, i.e. a shotglass made of ice.

Tendering is a pain. Prepare yourself to be standing and waiting a long time.

If you want to see any shows or eat in a specialty restaurant book them as soon as possible as they fill up fast.
stewert3
Book your entertainment immediately. The shows are booked with in hours of being on the boat.
billynaubrey
Reserve free shows and dinners right away or risk them being booked up on the first day.
islandcruiser14
Make sure you catch the entertainment and purchase the beverage and dining packages!
zmadman1
Make reservations for everything before you leave.

The procedures for persons with disabilities could be explained better before the cruise especially for first timers, especially for those with mobility impairments.

The condition of the cabin and the ship was not adequate. Did not seem to have fans running to reduce dampness.
