It is not for cruisers who like the formality and dressing as on other cruise lines. The restaurant food is excellent -but beware the cirque dinner show! Costly substandard food, and if you are small (like me) you struggle to see past the large Americans!

It's a large cruise ship with a bajillion people - you get what you pay for. It was fine for what it was- this is not a high end cruise and complaints seemed to fall on deaf ears.

Carpets on the Starboard side are blue and orange on the Port side. Same colours on the lift buttons

Walk off disembarkment was ready early. Easy to get off before the crowd. Epic requires reservations for nightly entertainment. Be sure to do this soon after you board.

Great ship, easy to get around. They have though of everything. Once again, a little more consideration for the smokers would be helpful, don't consider us second class citizen's. We are not looking to make things uncomfortable for the nonsmokers, but just a little more for us.

Don't go on this ship. Had a better experience with Norweigen two years ago out of Venice to Greek islands . Had the same cruise director so I truly believe the bad experience was due to the multiple stops people can board resulting in shoe/dinner "reservation system " and crew lack of engagement.

This is a big ship and can be daunting at times; if you don't like high levels of noise most of the time, the best escape is the spa thermal suites where you can buy a pass and spend as much time in and out of there as you like.

The itinerary was very good - particularly as our son had not visited any of them before. They were all safe areas so first-timers need have no fear of trying to arrange their own excursions from the ports as it saves a lot of money. Teaming up with other passengers makes the cost even lower.

Go for independent disembarkation as we walked straight off the ship at a time to suit ourselves. No hanging around in lounges and waiting for your group to be called and then hunting for your case in the arrivals hall.

Take a change of clothes if arriving early in warm conditions as your luggage can take hours to get to your cabin. If you have an early flight back carry your luggage off yourself to avoid confusion searching for baggage at the reclaim area.

Sailing as a couple with only 2 pieces of luggage it was Very easy to walk off ship no holdup looking for cases. Book shows at Box Office staff very helpful. Consider Epic is a massive ship with a lot of passengers Gets very congested in some areas
