ship too large too many passengers pool too small theater too small chairs in smaller clubs not comfortable food at specialty resturants only slightly better than main dinning halls

Everything as expected .

Ship is beautiful, clean, and big. Needs more adult areas for swimming. They have doubled the amount of passengers from other ships with about he same amount of pool space. Like the layout of the Jewel much better.

The EPIC was a magnificent ship with too many amenities to take advantage of during the 7 day cruise. Food, shows, etc., all were excellent!

The ship exceeded our expections. Lots of choices for eating, activities, and shows. The stateroom was clean and the staff were wonderful.

Ship was clean and well maintained. Water slides were great but waited in line. Spa and fitness center were remarkable.

Ship is ok, did not like staterooms, the bathroom and shower offer no privacy... we ordered coffee and waited for it to be delivered, although I wanted to use the bathroom I had to wait..if I was in there when the coffee arrived the person making the delivery would be able to see all my movements in the bathroom, wall and door frosted glass and as soon as you walk into the room, bathroom on right, shower on left.

The ship is new and has lots of great activities aboard, all state of art.

My wife and I had a great time and the staff was always smiling and eager to please. It is a huge ship and kept spotless. Not gowdy ike a cheap Carnival ship but very elegant and well kept.

This was are first time on the Epic and it truly is a beautiful ship. You have to be more pro-active on this ship then most by making reservation for rthe shows. The staff was outstanding every where but the casino. Seem to take a very long time to get waited on and that is if you just want a water.

Despite the large ship it is very easy to find everything. The common areas are well laid out and lovely. The staff is exceptionally hard working and attentive.

This ship was for people that didn't want to be on a ship. There was absolutely no access to the bow or the aft. With the exception of staring out of a glass wall. There was plenty of top notch entertainment and the food was excellent as was the service. But being the 3rd largest cruise ship in the world and holding 4100 passengers and 1708 crew members made it like being in New York City and trying to make friends. I never even got in the pool or the hot tubs because they were always so crowded. I will probably never cruise with NCL again or at least this ship. Another aspect I didn't like was their "freestyle" dining. They make it sound like its open and your choice on what to eat and how to dress but they also have used it to create a "spend more of your money on food and entertainment" environment. Over half the restaurants they offered charged a $10- $25 dollar cover charge per person. Sure, if you wanted to not spend any extra money on anything once there you could but then eating would get pretty repetitive. I definately liked my past cruises where you paid once and everything was included with the exception of alcohol.

It was the best vacation we have ever taken. My kids loved the kids program. I had to practically drag them out to eat and sleep. The adult entertainment was unparalleled. The night scene was so great that I barely slept. There were so many choices and so much to do I didn't have time for it all. The pool and water slides were so fun and it never felt crowded. The food was fantastic and there was so much variety just in the buffet, not to mention the specialty restaurants. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

The ship is maybe too large...corridors difficult to navigate... had to be a midget to fit into the toilet....miss having a bathroom where one can CLOSE the door. Great staff...room person was very good. Room service strange..couldn't speak English so difficult to order. Both room service and wake up calls were not on time. In the Casino, the male servers were unfriendly as well as the Casino Guest services. Phone operators unfriendly. Garden Cafe very good...the operators very friendly

Expected something more from a ship this size. All the interesting spots taken by paid restaurants, photo shop and internet area. Who looks out the window while searching the internet? A nice coffee shop would be welcomed there instead of being placed in the area with guest services in very crowded place
