Pros: The shows were awesome, three water slides Cons: the food was awful, the staff was absolutely rude, the layout of the room, you knew you were on the ship with 4500 people

Epic has the best entertainment of any ship I've sailed ,(this was my 20th cruise) I think the balconied stateroom was the smallest ever with a bathroon sink in the cabin,(ugh). The dining room service was slow to the point where I ordered breakfast with our party of 5. I orderede Raisin Bran and was last to be served and otheres had finished their omlets before I recieved my Raisin Bran.Available Deck chairs at the pool are few and far between,.

Food was really good, specially the Restaurants(specialties)and the Entertainment.

to many people not enough deck or pool space. not enough help. Dinner took to long everynight dont like freestyle and the same show every night didnt like having to reserve a spot. to many extras to pay for.

On a scale of 1-10 with a ten being fabulous, this cruise gets my rating of minus 58!! It truly was the worst cruise that I ever have been on, and most likely will refuse to book on Norwegian Cruise lines ever again.

Beautiful ship that is well-planned so you don't experience crowds on a 4000 passenger ship, though it wass only half-full for this crossing. We miss the mid-ship stairwell, but we do enjoy walking so the extra steps aren't a problem for us.

This was a fantastic ship and I felt at home. The crew on board could not be nicer.

ship and crew were fantastic! GREAT value! Specialty restaurants were excellent. Spa and gym were great. TOP quality entertainment. Organized and smooth departure. Helpful staff in fine jewelry department.

The first glimpse of the ship tells you this has to be fun. We loved the theater, the cabin (we were inside for 7 day Med and Spa Suite for crossing) Both stewards were excellent. We loved the dancing in the Manhatten Dining. The orchestra there is top notch for ballroom dancers. The dance under the stars was wonderful. The Spa was great. The pool, warming lounges, the massages, etc. We enjoyed all the ports. Marsailles is definitely worthwhile if you take an excursion. We did Avignon and Les Baux. The sites were breathtaking, one of the highlights of the trip. The Twice as Nice late night music in the atrium was great. The captain did an excellent job of keeping everyone informed. Le Bistro is a great French restaurant. The wines on board were extensive. We toasted each evening to the completion of \"another perfect day.\" The Epic adventure was the trip of a lifetime. We were onboard 20 days and never had a bad moment.

Very good ship services. The cities we visited are very good. we really enjoyed our trip. Highly recommended.

It is impossible to describe how good and perfect was our stayed for 7 days at Norwegian EPIC cruise. from high end decor, clean, very polide employees, food the best, specialties restaurant rated 5 fourks(new Brazilian Churrascaria Moderno etc) shows and events excellent!! I highly recommend to Cruise on Norwegian. It was our second time. Jewel and Epic.

Not happy with over-all ship to passenger communications

Found the city of Barcelona exciting to leave and return to. The exploration of Italy, France, Monaco, Spain along the entire Riviera a must see. The Norwegian Epic is a wonderful well ran cruise ship if you don't mind large ships with lots of people.

The ship is nice enough and very clean, however, I'm not accustomed to pay for all the \"shows\" and entertainment on the ship. The Blue Man Group was the only free entertainment that I am aware of, everything else to see was extra. The freestyle dining was a nightmare. I felt like a herd of cattle in the mornings trying to get breakfast before our excursions. Dinnertime was the same way unless you went at really odd hours to avoid the mass of people. The food was typical \"buffett\" food. After a few days, it all seemed to taste the same no matter what you ate. I tried the grilled salmon about 4 different times but was only able to eat it once seeing as the other 3 times it was totally raw in the middle. By far the worst food I've ever had on a cruise.

Nice ship but balcony room design was not comfortable. No room to walk and toilet shower stall and sink were all separate .

The ship was fairly new and very large compared to others we saw in the harbor. It was our first cruise so can't compare to others but we loved everything! It was big, so walking to your room was a little trek, but we needed the exercise after all the good food. I thought the spa was expensive though, so if you are considering a manicure, for example, be prepared to pay triple. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend the balcony room - very relaxing!

Great trip. Really big ship. I liked the pool, but the track needed some more sceanary.
