Had a great time the ship was too big never saw everything

Will not sail on this ship again. I have had much better experiences on other ships.

Overall a wonderful cruise had fun on the ship, great entertainment and enjoyed our vacation.

We have taken many cruises before but this particular cruise we went with my in-laws and they raved about the experience they had with booking a room with the Haven. We decided to join them and we were not disappointed. Wish that every cruise ship had this as an option. NCL has created a niche in creating a first class way to do cruises and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We actually left the boat at all 3 ports and decided to just go back and enjoy the boat instead.

I think NCL has definitely gone downhill. Not sure I will cruise with them again since there are so many other better choices. I have been on about 30 cruises over the years and was most disappointed with this one.

Overall it was a good cruise but we were expecting excellent. The pros: good food, staff and shows. The cons: ship design, because of size lines and horrible embarkation.

This was only my second cruise ever. My first wasn't very enjoyable and since then I have been more of a destination traveler. But, this cruise changed my mind. I definitely would and will consider cruising with Norwegian again.

We had a few issues but nothing that wasn’t solved with a breath of fresh air on our balcony and a cold margarita in our hand. We want to try to make going on cruise a yearly thing for our anniversary.

We paid for things we did not get. Restaurants were good, but it was chaos every night. Instructions for the tender process were pathetic and again more chaos. My recommendation is to cruise with someone that gives a damn that you are paying $1k+ to be on their boat.

Loved it, ready for the next cruise!! My daughter and i had a blast, from the food to the shows it was totally worth it!!

We will definitely try NCL again, but not over Spring Break. We enjoyed ourselves, but the sheer morale of the crew was lacking. We had sailed Disney 5 months ago and Carnival a year and a half ago. If we sail over Spring Break again, we will stick to Disney. I’m glad I didn’t bring my kids. The ship is pretty, and HUGE! Wi-fi surprisingly worked well! I had the free 250 minutes promo and logging in and out was super easy to endure you’re not wasting your minutes.

It wasn't as good as previous on NCL but i think this might have been due to Spring Break and the ship seemed very under staffed. They did a great job but it would make me consider another operator in the future.

We had a total of 3 sea-days over the course of a 4-day cruise. We missed our first stop because tender boats couldn't reach the ship due to high swells and rough seas. So, 1 extra sea-day. We missed Nassau on your first pass due to the same 12 foot swells, and concerns about docking. So, 2nd sea-day. The weather cooperated by day number 3, and we went back to Nassau with no problems. It was a beautiful day. We made it back to Port Canaveral on time. Yes, someone fell off the ship and were successfully rescued alive. Yes, some people were left behind at Nassau because they missed the boat. And yes, they were all Spring Breakers.

The cruise destinations were wonderful; however, the ship does not have a well-designed layout. The crew seemed tired and sometimes so much into their jobs that they appeared less than friendly.

Will never sail on Norwegian again. The free-style dining they advertise is a joke. Watch out for rule changes. Was offered 5 bonuses to sail on this ship. One week later I found out we didn't get any of those. False advertising.

Overall a comfortable ship with a lot of activities. Rooms were quiet with very little noise from neighbors. Butler service in room was good, room service food was hot when received. Lots of bars, pools were warm.lots of deck chairs and lounges.
